Position Summary This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of damage appraisals while identifying the most cost‑effective repair or replacement solutions. Additional responsibilities include supporting Total Loss valuations, resolving customer complaints, and efficiently managing multiple estimating platforms. The position also oversees facilities within the assigned territory to ensure training, quality, and customer service standards are consistently met. Duties include inspecting completed repairs, evaluating repair costs, and accurately assessing both indemnity and expense exposures. Success in this role requires strong technical judgment, exceptional customer service, effective teamwork, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Travel may be required for meetings and catastrophe deployments. Work Arrangement: Candidates must reside in the Santa Monica / Los Angeles / Long Beach area to be considered.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Santa Monica / Los Angeles / Long Beach area.
  • Minimum of 2 years of damage estimating experience and auto claims handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to maintain credibility, trust, and integrity.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of the applicable state adjuster’s license, or willingness to obtain one if required.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business requirements, meetings, and catastrophe duty.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a customer‑focused service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
