The School of Dentistry at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), invites applications of current faculty members for the role of Co-Program Director of the DDS ASPIRE Program. The incumbent will provide overall leadership and vision for the DDS ASPIRE Program, will oversee curriculum development, program implementation, and evaluation, will ensure alignment of the program with the School and campus priorities, and will contribute to assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. This is a 1-year Contract 15% role onsite position. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $110,400 - $235,400 (Annual Rate). Expert knowledge of current and emerging educational technologies to enhance teaching and learning practices. Expert ability to facilitate educational technology opportunities using technology-based solutions. Advanced knowledge of data management, documentation methods used in investigating and presenting findings about the program. Prior clinical and academic experience to ensure effective oversight of program requirements. Demonstrated experience working with effective teams to identify and resolve problems Prior experience working with diverse learners Prior meaningful clinical experience serving underserved and/or marginalized communities with an understanding of the structural and social factors influencing access to oral health care Prior experience in academic initiatives that support pathway, bridge, or workforce development programs Experience with public health dentistry or working in settings that seek to address access to care issues.
