About The Position
Join the ASPIRE Center for Sexual & Reproductive Health as a Summer Intern! Are you passionate about advancing sexual and reproductive health? The ASPIRE Center at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is looking for an enthusiastic intern to help drive our innovative programs forward! For over 90 years, PPLM has been a trailblazer in promoting sexual health. We believe everyone deserves access to information and expert services to make informed decisions about their health, lives, and futures. As the leading provider of sexual and reproductive health services in Massachusetts, we educate families, empower youth, and advocate for policies that improve sexual health. ASPIRE (Advancing Science and Practice through Innovations in Research and Education) is dedicated to excellence and equity in sexual and reproductive health. We aim to destigmatize sexual health and ensure access to comprehensive sex education and care, including abortion. Our work combats systemic barriers that disproportionately affect BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, young people, and people with disabilities. We achieve our goals through clinical and social science research, professional education, and partnerships with academic institutions, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and more.
