Start Date: July 2026 Join our IET GTS Aspire Program Our IET GTS Aspire Program inspires and guides early graduated through a career – shaping experience. Program graduated have the foundations to make innovative contribution to our future. It usually starts in January or July (with some flexibility) and provides challenging rotations to grow skills & capabilities. Take your career to the next level The Program is designed to accelerate participants' professional development through competency-based learning activities, training and on-job and meaningful rotational assignments. As part of the IET GTS Aspire Program you will be responsible for : Work on three rotational assignments in various functions within IET GTS Organization. All the rotational assignments will be combined with training, leadership skills development , and in one of the rotational assignment you will have the opportunity to perform a rotational assignments at Customer site together with our FSEs team! Participate in activities as interface between BH and the Customer, representing BH both technically and professionally to ensure that equipment is installed, maintained and started properly, aiming at Customers’ satisfaction through reliability and proactive support. Involvement in the delivery of activities and projects to support clients more efficiently that might include improving environmental standards and solving critical business challenges. Networking globally and cross- functionally with the entire BH, leading Aspire program initiatives, or projects with peers and interacting with Global business leadership.
