Join Suncore as a skilled Screed Operator responsible for the safe and efficient placement of hot mix asphalt and operation of paving equipment. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Experience operating pavers and screeds for hot mix asphalt placement.
• Familiarity with automatic grade control systems.
• Understanding of asphalt paving procedures.
• Strong safety awareness, teamwork skills, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Place hot mix asphalt using a variety of paving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Set up pavers and screeds for diverse project needs.
• Assist paving foremen and operators with job layout.
• Rake, shovel, and maintain equipment as required.
• Contribute to a team-oriented work environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
