About The Position
The Asphalt Plant Operator is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of asphalt plant and construction equipment. This role involves ensuring the proper production of asphalt by managing material quantities, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining safety standards. The operator will also perform preventative maintenance, communicate with quality control personnel, and maintain good customer relations.
