We are currently searching for an experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to join our South Shore Asphalt team of talented employees! Position Description: Duties include communicating with the Plant Foreman, Superintendent, and Operators; conducting daily startup, shutdown, and maintenance procedures; performing equipment inspections.

Requirements

Basic Equipment Operations
Basic Computer Skills
Strong Mathematical Abilities
Microsoft Excel
Reliability
Being able to work outside
Being in good physical condition
1 year minimum experience in road or construction field working outdoors.
The ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as cold, heat and humidity
Able to individually lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 50 lbs.
Able to work from heights up to 60ft.
Observe all safety protocol.
