About The Position
Rogers Group, Inc., headquartered in Nashville, is a privately held aggregates and asphalt highway construction company operating in 12 states with over 3,000 employees. We have 86 quarries and 56 asphalt plants across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates to fill a PLANT LABORER position for our asphalt plant, located in Cabot, Arkansas. This position will work to support paving operations for interstate paving work from the asphalt plant. The successful candidate for this role will be self-motivated and have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
