Things You’ll Do Rake and shovel asphalt. Help equipment operators facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of the machines, equipment, and materials. Measure, mark and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction will be performed. Dump windrows from belly and double belly trucks. Prep construction site, and clean area to eliminate possible hazards.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Understanding of asphalt paving procedures
Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in the heat.
Attention and commitment to safety.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
A strong work ethic.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities
