Requirements

Experience in asphalt paving, roadway construction, or related heavy civil work
Strong estimating and cost-control background
Working knowledge of paving operations, production rates, and materials
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Effective leadership and client communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supervising field personnel

Responsibilities

Oversee asphalt paving, resurfacing, and repair projects from bid award through final completion
Develop accurate cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid proposals
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, trucking, and material suppliers
Monitor job costs, budgets, schedules, and change orders
Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety compliance and quality standards
Maintain strong communication with clients regarding timelines and expectations
