About The Position
Suncore is looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to operate CAT 1055 and 655 pavers, lead asphalt crews, and ensure smooth, efficient paving operations. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Know how to set up and run the paver with System 5 TopCon automatics.
- Understand asphalt paving procedures.
- Experience operating the CAT 1055 and 655 pavers.
- The ability to sit for long periods, work in the heat, bend, and lift.
Responsibilities
- Operate CAT 1055 and 655 pavers efficiently and safely.
- Direct and teach asphalt laborers.
- Prepare paver for the next day by cleaning, greasing, and performing minor repairs.
- Clean out paver at end of the day and get it ready for the next day by greasing and doing minor repairs, using a grease gun, oilcan, or hand tools.
- Set up paver with automatics.
