Knife River has an excellent opportunity for an asphalt paving crew member, including operation of pavers, screeds, skid steer and attachments, rollers, as well as raking and shoveling of asphalt.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, some weekends and overtime
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background
• Assure all safety procedures are followed

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks in high traffic areas, for long periods of time, in all weather conditions
• Place, shovel and rake materials with hand tools
• Lift, carry tools and materials
• Run plate whacker and jumping jack
• Other duties assigned as needed
