About The Position
As the Asphalt Operations Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of Asphalt Operations in the Grand Forks and Devils Lake areas. This includes managing hot plant operations, coordinating crews, setting schedules, ensuring quality control, and ordering materials required for production. Direct operation and maintenance of asphalt production and laydown. Assure work is in conformity with federal and state standards, accepted principals of design and engineering, and available funds. This position regularly meets with stakeholders including regulatory agencies, customers, management, and fellow Team Members.
