About The Position

The Maintenance of Traffic Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in flagging traffic and directing motorists through construction work zones. This role ensures compliance with the traffic control plan and may involve performing additional traffic control duties as needed. Requirements

• Must possess State of Florida Advanced Training for Worksite Traffic Supervisor certification.
• 1-3 years of experience as an MOT Supervisor/Foreman in highway construction.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
