About The Position

All Ways Construction is looking for reliable, hardworking Asphalt Laborers who aren’t afraid of real work and take pride in helping build quality roads and surfaces. If you’ve worked construction before and want steady work with a company that values showing up, working hard, and getting the job done right, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be part of a paving crew loading tools and materials, removing existing pavement, prepping surfaces, spreading and leveling material, setting and pulling forms, keeping the jobsite clean, and helping operations run smoothly. You may also operate basic equipment and assist with inspections and safety checks. This is hands-on work for people who like to stay moving.
