About The Position
The Asphalt, Aggregate and Concrete Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring that the production of hot mix asphalt (HMA), aggregate, and concrete meets all required quality standards and specifications. This role emphasizes safety and environmental stewardship while collaborating with various departments to achieve quality objectives and resolve customer concerns. The technician will perform both lab and field work, monitor production processes, and maintain detailed records of testing and observations.
