About The Position
The Associate Vice President for Career and Integrative Partnerships; Executive Director of the Career Connections Center is a key executive role within the Division of Student Life, responsible for enhancing student career outcomes and leading strategic initiatives across various programs. This position oversees the Career Connections Center, the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars program, First-Generation Student Services, and the Brown Center for Leadership and Service, managing a budget exceeding $5 million. The incumbent will collaborate with academic and industry partners to improve career readiness and support for first-generation students, while also ensuring effective data integration and program evaluation.
