About The Position

The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico, ranging from classic and modern luxury hotels to restaurants and entertainment. La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with a history since 1958. Representing the fun 'Latino Chic' lifestyle, it offers elegant amenities and a very popular nightlife to all guests. Requirements

  • Hospitality-oriented.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying large chairs and towels that may weigh up to 80 pounds.
  • Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).

Responsibilities

  • Greet and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipating and attending to guests' service needs.
  • Serve guests in all areas of the pool and beach providing the highest level of service possible efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of gym, pool, and beach equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of all public areas of the pool, beach, and gym; loungers, umbrellas, towel stands, water stations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol awareness.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the beach (chairs, towels, cleaning, etc.).
  • Responsible for the daily setup of all beach chairs and cabanas.
  • Stay informed about the hotel's daily operations, review event sheets, bulletin boards daily, and keep up with all changes, new procedures, and events.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, safety and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Perform other reasonable job-related tasks as requested by supervisors.
