About The Position
Meta is looking for an experienced ASIC Packaging Engineer with a focus on Signal Integrity and Power Integrity to join its ASIC packaging team. This role is crucial for supporting the development of custom Silicon for Infrastructure and for developing packaging solutions that align with our ASIC roadmap. The team is building a competency in Packaging technology to support the development of custom silicon, and we are seeking expertise in hardware development and integration of machine learning clusters, both server and fabric, emphasizing the impact they can create as part of a world-class engineering team.
