We are seeking an ASIC Chip Lead within the GPU ASIC team to help drive post-silicon activities for future GPU ASICs to be used in AI datacenter products. Requirements

  • BSEE or equivalent experience (MSEE / MSCE preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience.
  • 5+ years of leading either an SoC, bringup, or ASIC operations team.
  • Detailed knowledge in post-silicon activities including silicon allocation and supply management.
  • Knowledge of silicon process technology including yield analysis and cost modeling.
  • Understanding of front-end design flow including micro-architecture, unit partitioning and pipelining.
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art design verification techniques, tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and help characterize key technical risks.
  • Excellent written, verbal and technical communications skills.
  • Creative problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of a GPU ASIC's bringup from planning phase to mass-production.
  • Work on allocation and logistical planning.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for test platform/testplan definitions.
  • Conduct initial silicon screening and production screen creation.
  • Engage in silicon/SW/board/system debug and GTM activities.
  • Define new bringup processes.
  • Create scripts/SW to aid in bringup activities.
  • Improve speed of light execution through the bringup flow to get to market.
  • Collaborate with ASIC design, packaging, VLSI, system design, DFT, test engineering, test software and chip logistics teams.
