We are hiring immediately for a full time ASIAN CUISINE CHEF position at the University of the Pacific. The position involves directing, coordinating, and evaluating kitchen, food production, and food-service associates. The chef will supervise and participate in the activities of cooks and other associates engaged in preparing, cooking, and serving food, ensuring all food handling, sanitation, and customer service standards are met. The chef will also efficiently prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes, maintain proper food presentation and quality, track food use and waste, and maintain sanitation of equipment and workstations.
