As an intern on the Asia/Pacific Team in the Archives and Area Support Division of the Church History Department, you will assist in collecting, preserving, and sharing Church history throughout our assigned areas. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in history, international relations, or library/archival science. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized individual to join our team! This paid internship is anticipated to last one year (12 months). This position is a part-time (28 hours per week) hourly, nonexempt position. The candidate must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from (within the last 12 months) an undergraduate- or graduate-degree program. In this position, you will work under the direction of Church archivists and historians and will receive training and/or day-to-day direction from them. Available to work in the Church History Library (not remotely) 28 hours per week. There is flexibility in specific scheduling (especially if you are attending school), but work must be accomplished between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
