Your manufacturing expertise will be essential for assisting Pfizer with overseeing and conducting aseptic and chemical cleaning activities in plants and distribution centers. What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others. Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results. Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe. Identify and solve moderately routine problems. Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures, referring deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor. Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards. Address equipment and process issues, performing necessary operator care, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and in line with established safety policies and regulations. Handle all required documentation, including labels, cleaning forms, room logs, and work orders. Set up and operate industrial cleaning equipment and report equipment malfunctions and process deviations to the Team Lead.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in all phases of manufacturing operations
  • Ability to learn and use industry-standard software
  • Good interpersonal skills and experience in training others effectively
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Experience in food or dietary supplement manufacturing plant with blending experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability in handling changing work environments and priorities
  • Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity
