JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform safe and effective set up, operation, and cleaning of the aseptic filling equipment · Conduct the sterilization and manual washing of machine components · Perform routine basic chemical concentration tests · Plan and schedule of fluid transfers and raw lines CIP with HTST and blending employees · Follow and understand production schedule and adjust as needed to avoid down time · Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and contact maintenance when necessary · Ensure timely staging of packaging materials · Maintain and monitor quality of product and processes · Ensure accurate and timely monitoring of critical control points · Perform CIP processes for all processing equipment · Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately · Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues · Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements · The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
