Pharmaceutical International, Inc. (Pii), a Jabil company, has an immediate need for an experience Aseptic Production Supervisor to manage 2nd shift aseptic fill manufacturing in Hunt Valley, MD!

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., biopharmaceutical, medical device), with at least 3 years in a successful people leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing processes, cleanroom operations, and aseptic fill-finish.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and application of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic operational needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
  • Experience in deviation management, documentation review, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Formal training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt), or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with sterilization methods (e.g., autoclaving), sterile filtration, and drug product formulation/compounding.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily manufacturing activities during assigned shift
  • Ensure adherence to batch records, SOPs, and aseptic techniques
  • Monitor production schedule and escalate delays or issues
  • Responsible for updating shift manufacturing KPIs
  • Maintains Aseptic Qualification training
  • Strong on-the-floor presence to support team members and ensures quality standards are met and schedules are achieved
  • Enforce safety protocols and PPE compliance
  • Supervise and support manufacturing operators
  • Conduct shift huddles and provide clear communication on operational priorities
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Performs training with staff on the floor as needed
  • Support and demonstrate skill set to Manufacturing Technicians at all levels
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of GMP documentation
  • Maintain inspection readiness and upholds GMP standards within the assigned area
  • Identify and escalate quality concerns or deviations in real time
  • Initiates Deviations in TrackWise
  • Leads/supports investigations of event and minor classification deviations in TrackWise
