Requirements

ASE Certification in G series testing preferred
Proven leadership experience in an automotive service setting
Strong technical skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Commitment to following and enforcing shop procedures

Responsibilities

Provide an example of leadership to achieve high levels of productivity and quality service.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop to enhance productivity.
Implement and enforce shop procedures for optimal performance.
Stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies and implement them into repair and diagnostic processes.
Provide guidance and training to the team on new technologies.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and assess mechanical issues, safety concerns, and areas requiring maintenance.
Provide detailed reports on inspection findings, including recommended repairs and maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
Consistently produce a minimum of 30 billable hours per week through hands-on work.
Lead by example in delivering high-quality, efficient repairs.
