Requirements

• Must possess valid ASE Certifications
• Mechanic Technician II: two of the following three: A4, A5, A7
• Mechanic Technician III: A4, A5, A7 plus A2 or A3
• Mechanic Technician IV: all eight A1 - A8

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspections
• Conduct PM's and certifications
• Diagnostics of vehicle issues
• Check A/C and heater systems
• Inspect brakes and perform system checks
• Check electrical charging systems
• Lubricate clutches
• Inspect and perform minor repairs on cooling systems
• Inspect and perform minor repairs on electrical cranking systems
• Inspect and perform minor repairs on lighting systems and electrical accessories
• Inspect and maintain drive axles
• Inspect and lubricate driveline
• Inspect gas engines and perform oil replacements
• Inspect fuel systems and repair lines and tubes
• Perform tire and wheel maintenance including air pressure checks, tread depth checks, and replace if needed with mount and dismount as well as rotation
