The ASCA Cares Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily oversight, growth, and success of the ASCA Cares program, which provides support to independent living residents through assessment, care plans, and personalized services. The Program Coordinator also identifies service gaps, promotes the program, and guides its evolution to meet resident and organizational goals.
