About The Position

As an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Territory Manager (TM) on Boston Scientific's Endoscopy sales team, you will play a vital role in advancing innovative solutions that improve patient care and elevate procedural efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant business experience
  • Minimum of 1.5 years' direct sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrators
  • Promote products, services, and programs through regular visits, in-servicing, and procedural observation
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate business conditions and identify trends
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and launch new business opportunities in the ASC space
  • Participate in professional education events and field training workshops
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Boston Scientific's vision and strategic priorities
  • Demonstrate clinical excellence in GI disease states through case coverage and educational support
  • Build and maintain sustainable, strategic relationships in key accounts
  • Stay informed on company products, programs, services, and competitive dynamics
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to assess and expand value
  • Ensure full compliance with all corporate policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a primary focus on patient safety and product quality in all interactions
  • Share best practices and actively participate in sales meetings, training, and team collaboration
  • Manage promotional and expense budgets within guidelines
  • Accurately document sales activities, expenses, and customer engagements
  • Comply with Travel & Expense, AdvaMed, and Integrity policies in all sales operations
