About The Position

As a Preop/PACU RN, you'll be a vital part of our perioperative care team, supporting patients before and after surgery. Your role will require vigilance, critical thinking, communication, and a proactive approach, because smooth recoveries start with confident, competent nursing.

Requirements

• Current Ohio RN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years experience in ICU, ER, Preop, PACU, or Circulating
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• A proactive, humble, collaborative attitude - no task is beneath you
• Ability to give and receive feedback with professionalism and grace
• Ability to stay calm, clear-headed, and composed when it matters most

Responsibilities

• Assess and educate patients preoperatively
• Monitor and manage post-op recovery, pain, and vital signs
• Administer medications and IVs safely
• Identify and respond to complications with urgency
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication
• Ensure patient readiness, safety, and satisfaction
• Support team goals with a can-do mindset
• Lean in, speak up, and step up, every day
