About The Position

MidSouth Pain Treatment Center, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a full-time ASC Nurse Manager. The primary location for this role is our ambulatory surgery center in Germantown, TN and Southaven MS. The position also includes occasional travel to our surgery center in Jackson, TN, Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive care to help musculoskeletal and pain management patients live their best lives possible. Our team of physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff are dedicated to ensuring that patients can improve their quality of life with pain relief that involves the use of cutting-edge technology. The ASC Nurse Manager is responsible for the overall clinical, operational, and regulatory management of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This role ensures safe, efficient, compliant operations while supporting physicians, staff, and patients through high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee and Mississippi
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • Minimum 10 years of OR or Pre/Post-Op experience (ASC preferred)
  • At least 3 years of ASC leadership or management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day ASC clinical and administrative operations
  • Ensure accreditation and ongoing compliance with AAAHC, OSHA, HIPAA, and CMS standards
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and develop ASC nursing and support staff
  • Coordinate staffing, payroll, PTO, and timekeeping
  • Oversee inventory, equipment, medications, and supply ordering
  • Serve as point of contact for facility maintenance, safety, and emergency readiness
  • Assist with procedures including SCS, MILD, kyphoplasty, and emergency coverage
  • Maintain all required logs (medication, autoclave, crash cart, infection control, etc.)
  • Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Handle patient concerns and ensure excellent service experience
  • Support financial performance through budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant clinical environment
