About The Position

Homewatch CareGivers is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers near the Elmhurst location. As a caregiver, you will establish meaningful relationships with clients and have the opportunity to grow your skills through our free online learning academy. This position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work in a positive environment dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for a team of caregivers to staff a 12-hour case, requiring promptness, courtesy, and teamwork. An immediate start is available, with orientation required this week. No driving is necessary, but reliability and punctuality to the client's home are essential.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid license, reliable car, and automobile insurance
• Must pass background checks, DMV checks, and a negative TB test
• Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures
• Personal or professional caregiving experience (1+ years)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

• Utilize Care app to update office staff on client progress as needed
