Are you a passion driven, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with diverse clients? Let’s Talk! Preble Street is hiring As-Needed Staff at Florence House. Florence House is a comprehensive program designed to meet the needs of women experiencing homelessness. This 24-hour program includes an emergency shelter, safe haven, and 25 studio apartments based on the Housing First model. Responsibilities include providing coverage, client outreach, maintaining client safety, monitoring security of the building, providing crisis intervention and support, and supporting program needs and activities. As-Needed positions are ideal for those who are flexible, enjoy engaging with people, and prefer fast-paced work. Shifts vary in length; and will include evening, awake overnight or weekend hours.
