About The Position

The Animation Studio Artist Management Coordinator at Warner Bros. Discovery plays a crucial role in supporting the Artist Management team by coordinating various programs, events, and outreach efforts aimed at engaging and developing animation talent. This position involves logistical planning, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that inspire and connect with aspiring artists in the animation industry.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Animation Talent Development, production, or a related department.
  • Experience coordinating events and managing complex projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Photoshop, Keynote/PowerPoint, Zoom, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Artist Management Team to coordinate internal and external events such as panels, presentations, expos, and conventions.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics, serving as the central point of communication for the Artist Management VP and team calendar.
  • Assist with school outreach efforts, including events, presentations, portfolio reviews, and school visits for high school and college students.
  • Support artist job postings and manage application inbox for show reviews, utilizing knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Act as a studio ambassador during outreach events, engaging with potential animation talent and providing informational chats.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including welcoming them with kits and maintaining positive communication.
  • Assist in programming events specific to Animation Interns, including portfolio reviews and informational conversations.
  • Contribute to company newsletters and talent retention email blasts as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
