About The Position

The Artist Hospitality Coordinator at AEG Worldwide is responsible for managing all hospitality needs for artists and their crews during events. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting requests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly personality.
  • Commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and last-minute requests.
  • Knowledge of the music industry is preferred.

  • Existing relationships with agents, managers, and touring personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all hospitality needs for artists and crew.
  • Set up the artist hospitality area and ensure cleanliness.
  • Shop for items and organize distribution to artist areas.
  • Schedule meals and catering for artists and crew.
  • Prepare and serve meals on the day of the show.
  • Ensure dressing rooms are stocked and clean according to artist's rider.
  • Manage inventory of purchased items and collect receipts.
  • Create day-of-event itineraries and execution plans.
  • Coordinate tasks with the artist's assistant.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.
