The Artificial Intelligence Solutions Director leads the enterprise-wide AI vision and strategy by managing a comprehensive AI roadmap aligned to business priorities, shaping governance and responsible AI practices, and driving market‑informed innovation. This role oversees the development and scaling of advanced AI capabilities, including machine learning, NLP, RPA, predictive analytics, and generative AI, while ensuring strict standards for security, fairness, ethics, and risk management. You will build strong cross‑functional partnerships across technology, business, operations, and risk to influence senior leaders, secure alignment, and representing the AI organization in key executive and regulatory forums. You will lead a high‑performing team of AI professionals, foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, manage people and budget resources, and ensure successful delivery of large‑scale AI initiatives that meet regulatory, operational, and strategic business objectives. In this role, you will: Manage and develop the overall Artificial Intelligence roadmap for the company Provide leadership, management and direction companywide on artificial intelligence initiatives Develop market strategies for the company Lead Artificial Intelligence team by making strategic decisions to resolve robotics process automation, natural language processing, and machine learning Understand the options in the market and educating companywide on these opportunities Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers Lead team to achieve objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Artificial Intelligence Solutions Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Artificial Intelligence solutions experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI product strategy, including defining roadmaps, developing value propositions, and driving GTM execution for AI or AGI-enabled products
  • 5+ years of experience designing or delivering enterprise-scale AI or AGI solutions, including model development, deployment architecture, data strategy, and governance frameworks
  • 5+ years of experience leading transformation initiatives involving AI modernization, workflow automation, or enterprise-wide adoption of AI capabilities
  • 5+ years of experience in deep understanding of AGI research, emerging AI paradigms, LLM architectures, foundation models, and model evaluation techniques, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact

  • Proven track record operating within regulated industries, preferably financial services, with deep understanding of compliance, risk, and supervisory expectations for AI
  • Expert-level command of machine learning technologies, end‑to‑end model lifecycle management, generative AI, and modern enterprise AI platforms
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to communicate and influence at the C‑suite level, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business direction
  • Strategic experience architecting and governing cloud‑based AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) at enterprise scale
  • Deep knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, responsible AI principles, and the evolving regulatory landscape for advanced analytics
  • Strong capability to influence, align, and collaborate with senior executives and cross‑functional leaders to drive enterprise‑wide adoption of AI capabilities
