Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience owning complex production systems from end-to-end.
Full-stack proficiency across multiple languages and frameworks such as Python, React, and AWS/Azure.
Mastery of AI programming tools and methodologies, including Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini CLI.
Strong systems thinking with the ability to design modular architectures and understand complex software interdependencies.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a "Technical Founder" or lead role within an entrepreneurial or startup environment.
Active involvement in the AI community or personal side projects involving agent orchestration.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead self-directed execution in async-first environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical vision for your pod, shifting focus from volume of code to high-level business value delivery.
Utilize AI coding agents to accelerate delivery by 30-40% through expert intent definition and prompt refinement.
Design and implement responsive frontend components and robust backend logic that exceed performance and accessibility baselines.
Partner with Product Definers to rapidly iterate on MVPs, using data-driven insights to refine solutions for real-world impact.
Drive architectural excellence by conducting technical feasibility scans early in the cycle to ensure modular and scalable system designs.
