Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI software development, machine learning, or deep learning engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, and hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Experience developing and deploying deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, or transformers.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive, research-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for use in production systems.
• Develop AI algorithms for applications such as computer vision, speech recognition, NLP, and recommendation systems.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and enhance model performance.
• Implement scalable software pipelines to deploy AI models on cloud or edge environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing products and systems.
• Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and performance improvements.
• Document design decisions, technical specifications, and best practices for ongoing development.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative learning culture.
