We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Artificial Intelligence Security task force lead to join our team. This leadership role is pivotal in advancing our company's secure and compliant adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across the Company. Your Responsibilities that Make an Impact Conduct comprehensive gap assessments to evaluate AI security and compliance readiness across IT, ITRMS, and business functions. You'll develop enterprise-wide strategies, governance models, and control frameworks to enable secure and compliant AI deployment. Map business needs to security, risk, and compliance requirements, ensuring AI use cases align with our enterprise objectives. Track, manage, and report on AI-related projects and initiatives, providing essential visibility to executive leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security to align AI strategy with regulatory expectations and enterprise priorities. You'll deliver critical outputs, including an AI risk assessment toolkit, compliance checklists, and a strategic roadmap for enterprise enablement. Provide thought leadership on the evolving regulatory, ethical, and security landscape for AI adoption. Your Skills that Drive Success Required You hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI technologies, deployment models, and enterprise applications. Experience with AI governance, model risk management, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with the security and privacy implications of AI adoption. 2+ years of leadership experience in AI, data science, or emerging technology programs. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage strategic initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes. Demonstrated ability to align AI strategy with business, regulatory, and compliance needs. Experience designing enterprise AI frameworks and adoption models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI and technical concepts for business stakeholders and executives. Strong influencing skills to align diverse stakeholder groups. Experience managing AI project portfolios, reporting cycles, and resource plans. Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive execution and deliverables in dynamic environments. Preferred Certified AI Practitioner CISSP CRISC Familiarity with NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 23894 frameworks and standards. Experience deploying AI solutions in global enterprises. Requirements
