About The Position

The AI Sales Specialist will serve as a technical expert in Thomson Reuters AI-enabled products for Legal, with a primary focus on supporting territory managers in the Small Law Firm (SLF) segment. This role is designed for high-impact engagements, providing tailored demonstrations and deep product knowledge to drive revenue in high-value opportunities. When bandwidth allows, the AI Specialist will also be responsible for generating their own pipeline of opportunities. In this role as an AI Sales Specialist, you will: Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations to various practice areas Partner with territory managers to support opportunities that meet a high-value revenue threshold Customize presentations to address specific client needs and legal workflows Maintain expert-level knowledge of Thomson Reuters AI products Serve as a go-to resource for internal teams and clients regarding AI capabilities and value propositions Participate in training sessions and contribute to enablement materials for sales teams Identify and pursue new business opportunities independently when capacity allows Work closely with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning Provide feedback from client interactions to inform product development and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with AI technologies in the legal domain, preferably within Thomson Reuters products
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into client value

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with small law firms or in a legal sales/support capacity is highly desirable
