We are seeking a highly accomplished AI/ML Expert to lead the development, evaluation, and transition of advanced artificial intelligence solutions supporting mission-critical objectives. The ideal candidate is a recognized authority in AI/ML with a proven track record of producing innovative, high-quality solutions to complex problems. This role requires strong technical leadership, exceptional communication skills, and experience collaborating across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative AI/ML approaches to address complex and technologically advanced challenges. Serve as a recognized expert, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to internal teams and external partners. Coordinate the planning, development, and execution of cutting-edge research programs designed to experimentally validate novel AI/ML concepts. Lead testing and evaluation activities for research efforts to ensure technical rigor and readiness for transition. Support the integration and transition of research outcomes into operational environments. Collaborate with IC and DoD partners on research initiatives, ensuring alignment with mission needs and technical standards. Prepare and deliver high-quality technical briefings, documentation, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Plan, manage, and track progress across complex technical projects, including coordinating technical exchange meetings, working groups, and research reviews.
