About The Position

You will play a key part in advancing the organization's data maturity, insights generation, and AI/ML evolution. In this role, you will engineer new data objects and/or pipelines. You will share responsibility for data object remediation and QA, as well as contribute to descriptive analytics and root-cause analysis. Beyond this, you will help evaluate and create ML models and AI-driven systems that support key business decisions. Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support business needs. Improve data quality through validation, remediation, and analysis to identify trends and root causes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI/ML model development and broader data initiatives. Translate technical findings into actionable business insights and document work to share knowledge across the team.

Requirements

• Basic SQL and Python skills.
• Interest in machine learning concepts and applications.
• Ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field with a graduation date between December 2026-August 2027.
