About The Position

The Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer will support the US Army's Future Concept Center, Architecture Integration Management Division (AIMD) by developing innovative AI/ML solutions for next-generation intelligence and data platform requirements. This role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to brainstorm and implement complex systems solutions, providing technical support, and engaging in various AI/ML development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python, Linux, and R.
• Proficiency in core Python libraries including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and sklearn.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, TFX, and PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub for version control.
• Experience in model development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining, including feature engineering and performance evaluation.
• Understanding of data collection, pre-processing, integration, and transformation.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) framework and practices.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD).
• Understanding of data engineering and data pipelines, including database management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for the next generation intelligence and data platform requirements in the AI/ML domain.
• Participate in innovative development efforts and brainstorming sessions related to AI/ML.
• Provide technical support services to the AI/ML Team.
• Engage in schema developments and provide complex system solutions in collaboration with multi-domain engineers and operational personnel.
