Artificial Intelligence Developer – PTC (Hybrid) The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking an Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Vision Developer to support mission-critical OCR and image-processing systems used in large-scale, real-time transaction processing. This role requires strong experience in Python , Machine Learning , Computer Vision , and OCR , along with the ability to build scalable, production-ready systems (not just prototypes). Hybrid work with onsite presence typically 3–4 days per month along the Turnpike.
