About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Artificial Intelligence/Data Science Engineer to join our team! In this role you will become a member of the Parsons' TEAMS NEXT support staff with a primary work assignment supporting the Missile Defense Agency's Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Development organization. This assignment requires a seasoned professional that is experienced with AI initiatives aimed at supporting business operations efficiencies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in STEM and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience as Artificial intelligence (AI)/Data Engineer.
• Experience with AI pipeline development (specifically Palantir Foundry).
• Understanding of AI commercial use of AI models, large language models, and agentic AI.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Missile Defense Agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate agentic AI tools and pipelines across the Directorate functional and product offices leveraging unstructured data sets.
• Develop BizOps support using MIRA and METRIC tools to support C2BMC acquisitions.
• Develop AI Description Documents (AIDDs) and Use Cases for senior level review.
• Develop AI minimum viable products (MVPs).
• Support/drive the transformation of C2BMC AIRLs.
• Support/drive the transformation of C2BMC DRLs.
