About The Position

TENICA is looking to hire an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy expert to support a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on the governance process. In this role, the individual will work closely with the ODNI/CDO to create AI governance policy based on experience and real-world considerations. The customer is seeking a subject matter expert who can create and translate trend analyses, facilitating stakeholder decision-making, policy, and governance related to current and emerging AI technology.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years or more of related experience; Master's degree and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
• Experience establishing AI Policy and governance documents for existing and emerging AI technology.
• 5+ years collaborating with various Intel Community (IC) partners including non-DoD IC elements on information sharing.
• Experience creating high-level and highly technical documents on AI Policy and governance.
• Experience in at least one of the following fields: AI development, AI architecture, AI policy, data engineering, AI legal policy and emerging technology.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI or other BI software.
• Experience with Python, R, Tableau and or other data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the governance process for AI technology.
• Work closely with the ODNI/CDO to create AI governance policy.
• Translate highly technical concepts into policy and governance documents.
• Collaborate with various IC Partners on policy and governance.
• Provide expertise in ethics, policy, or law pertaining to AI and emerging technology.
• Recommend necessary improvements to achieve the customer's vision.
