As the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engagement Lead within the Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Operations team, you will develop and execute communication strategies, create impactful presentations, and produce marketing materials that highlight our AI initiatives. You will excel as a storyteller, translating complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content for diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field
  • Seasoned experience in communications (technology or AI)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to synthesize technical information for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing and content management tools (e.g., building websites, crafting/editing iMovie videos); demonstrated experience with tooling (e.g., Synthesia, Camtasia)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, compelling messaging for Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and initiatives
  • Create and refine presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Design and update marketing materials highlighting Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Operations capabilities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex concepts into accessible language
  • Ensure consistency in branding and tone across all communications
  • Support leadership with talking points and executive summaries, both internal and external
  • Manage content for newsletters, emails, and digital channels
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather success stories and use cases
  • Monitor industry trends to inform and update messaging
  • Prepare Frequently Asked Questions and briefing documents for stakeholder engagement
