About The Position
The position is for a Licensed Arts & Music/Art Teacher at Leicester Elementary School. The purpose of this role is to develop students' interest, abilities, talents, and skills for artistic expression and creativity in the visual arts, as well as aesthetic understanding and appreciation. The teacher will implement district-approved curriculum, document teaching and student progress, develop lesson plans, model necessary skills for performing assigned tasks, provide a safe and optimal learning environment, and give feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and expectations.
