Edelman is seeking an Art Director who will play a pivotal role in creating culturally impactful work that resonates with audiences. In this role, the Art Director will be tasked with developing innovative campaign ideas for both client projects and new business pitches, focusing on earned-first and socially driven strategies. They will work in concert with a diverse team, including account managers, project managers, and production partners, to bring creative concepts to life. The Art Director will also be responsible for designing and presenting client creative presentations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. A strong emphasis will be placed on collaboration, as the Art Director will need to effectively communicate and coordinate with both internal teams and external vendors. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a passion for creativity and a deep understanding of the digital landscape, particularly social media. They should be comfortable creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, and have a proven track record of driving engagement and conversation across these channels. The Art Director will also need to demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, with additional skills in Figma and Canva being a plus. Excellent writing skills, both short-form and long-form, are essential, as is the ability to edit and proofread effectively.
