About The Position
As an Art Director at Epsilon, you'll play a vital role in transforming client goals into visually impactful, digital-first brand experiences. You'll lead concept development and execute across multiple marketing channels-including web, mobile, audio, and video-while applying sound creative judgment and navigating moderately complex creative strategy for your clients. In this collaborative environment, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Copywriters, Production Artists, Developers, Account Managers and Sales Directors, contributing to work that balances creativity with strategic performance. Your ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and think strategically will position you as a key creative contributor. From concepting dynamic motion-enhanced visuals to supporting new business pitch presentations, your efforts will directly impact campaign performance and team success. With a proactive mindset and a strong understanding of creative tools and digital production processes, you'll help raise the creative bar while identifying ways to improve efficiency and execution-aligning your work with Epsilon's mission to deliver measurable, meaningful marketing experiences.
